Decision on Caddo Nation Election Board made by Anadarko Agency (25 January 2005)

The Caddo Nation has received the following letter from Betty Tippieconnie, Superintendent of the Anadarko Agency, regarding the composition of the Caddo Nation's Election Board.

       Dear Chairperson Parker:

       This is in response to your letter dated January 12, 2005, requesting that the
       Anadarko Agency recognize Dorothy Garrett, Teresa Keller, Margaret Rico, Carol
       Ross, and Carol Swindel as the official Caddo Election Board for the Caddo Nation.
       After reviewing the Caddo Council Monthly Meeting Minutes of October 7, 2003,
       the Caddo Nation Membership Meeting Minutes of June 19, 2004, and the
       Temporary Restraining Order, Case No. CIV-04-A43, dated December 9, 2004,
       issued by CFR Magistrate Phillip Lujan, the Agency finds that the above identified
       members were properly appointed to the Caddo Nation Election Board.
