Call to order - LaRue Parker, Chairperson

    Meeting was called to order at 1:00 PM.

Roll call - LaRue Parker, Chairperson

    Chairperson Parker waited for 15 minutes before conducting the roll call to allow Council members to arrive.

    Present: LaRue Parker, Frances Kodaseet

    Absent: Joyce Hinse, LaCreda Daugomah, Christine Noah, Mary Pat Clark, Ann Donaghey, Marilyn Threlkeld

    A quorum was not present.
