INVITATION FOR BID

The Housing Authority of the Caddo Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma will receive bids for the repair and rehabilitation of twenty-two (22) single-family units located in Andarko and Gracemont, Oklahoma until 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 7, 2008.

All bids will be publicly opended and read aloud:

This is an Unrestricted Solicitation in that the solicitation is not restricted to qualified Indian-owned economic enterprises and Indian organizations.

This solicitation is subject to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.

Indian Preference is applicable to this solicitation.

A pre-bid conference will be held at:

The Housing Authority Office located at 21 Halfmoon Circle, Gracemont, OK on Monday, April 14, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not required but is strongly recommended for parties interested in submitting a bid.
A copy of the bid packet may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $50 at the Housing Authority Office.
