The purpose of Alcohol/Substance Prevention Abuse Services is to be an advocate and facilitate for individuals and families to gain access to alcohol/substance abuse prevention services. The Caddo Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program (CADAP) will operate as an out-patient facility and shall provide outpatient counseling, outreach services, individual, group and family counseling, education, prevention activities for adults as well as for youth, aftercare services and referral services to the target population for this contract which are the eligible Indian residents living within the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma.

The scope of work for the CADAP program will work with tribal members, individuals, families, schools, community groups and other substance abuse providers within the tribal service area to establish and conduct public information programming focused on cause, prevention and treatment. The program will coordinate resources and provide assistance, as needed, wth the tribe's ICW program, social services and any other human service program within the tribe to assure that the problems of the whoe family affected by substance abuse are addressed and to keep Caddo Nation families together that are at risk of being overtaken by their addiction.
