All living lineal descendants of allottee(s), of at least one-sixteenth (1/16) degree Caddo Indian Blood, born after the date of the adoption of the Constitution (June 26, 1976), except those persons otherwise entitled to enrollment with the Caddo Nation who elect to be enrolled in another tribe are eligible for enrollment.

*PLEASE keep the Enrollment Department informed of yur address change(s) by writing us with your Name, DOB, Social Security Number, and Change of Address.
*If a name change is needed, please send in supporting documentation (marriage license,
court order, etc.) If a change needs to be made and the member is under 18 years of age, then a parent or guardian must make the change. For your convenience, a change of address form can be found here. Simply fill out this form and mail it to Caddo Nation Enrollment Office, P.O. Box 487; Binger, OK 73005 or fax it to (405) 656-2551. Burial Assistance: The Enrollment Office handles the disbursement of money to assist families in paying for the costs associated with the burials of tribal members. You can pick up a Burial Assistance application between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday or you cand download the applications (2 pgs.) HERE.
