In September of 2010 the Attorney General informed the Caddo Nation that the Office of Justice Programs (DOJ) approved their application for funding under the SMART (Office of Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprenhending, Registering and Tracking) office Support for the Adam Walsh Act Implementation Grant Program.

The Caddo Nation is in the process of implementing the requirement of SORNA as directed by the Department of Justice, which will give the Caddo Nation Community and the surrounding communities to access the "Caddo Nation Sex Offender Public Website".
